That's because they don't answer their fanmail and writing to a private address is quicker. She does and I never said she was, you're putting words into my mouth.
so she gets paid and ITV spends thousands and thousands of pounds on making cast cards for her yet she is moaning about the amount of autograph requests she receives, newflash, she hasn't kept on top of her fanmail and ITV are having a nightmare clearing the backlog all because she couldn't be bothered to keep on top of her fanmail, she is responsible, she is a public servant to which ITV pay her, she started off as nothing before.
