I would love you to resize this photo for me around the size of Zanne's old Zac Efron one, Maybe slightly bigger, but I cant seem to do it myself it looks so bad!!

also can you tell me what programme you use to resize these photo's like Zanne's one? (That DOSE NOT need downloading!)

I can't do it at the moment (as I'm in class, and not supposed to be on my computer ) but you could Microsoft Publisher and crop the image than resize.
