Anyone else think there are way to many TM's?
I swear every time i log on 1234532 more people become TM's with as little as 50 posts!
Any other opinions?

I agree. It seems like anyone can become a TM.

Yes I agree alot just seem to want to be on the band wagon
Some of them still don't know what they are talking about. If you looks at someone like osiris, she is a very good member should be made mod in my opinion but wont ask to even be a TM due to there been far too many as it is. We need more people like her.

Agreed.
I just find it funny/sad that TM are asking "whats an PP" or get AP's and PP's confused, not knowing what they are

I think there should be a more stringent process involved when it comes to selecting who should, or should not be, a Trainee Moderator.
And
yes, a lot of them are not fit for the job. I'm getting a bit annoyed with
x hayley x currently - she's in nearly every Feedback topic, going 'aw that's shame, sorry about that' or 'cool/nice/great success!'. Maybe it's just me, but if you don't have more than just a generic one-liner to contribute to a topic, rather don't post in it!
That's just my rant for the day

I agree, almost every day I see someone newly promoted. I wouldn't complain about a number of new TMs, but what annoys me is that TMs don't know much about this hobby. There are here to help and how can do it if they don't know what is PP, AP and such things, asking questions when aswers can be easily found on here and they should know them. There are plenty of people who would be excellent TMs but they never get promoted (or they don't want to). I don't know who pomotes most of the new TMs (admin?), but they should choose them more carefully.

I agree. There are way too many TM's. Where are the requirements?!! I get that we were maybe short for a while, but now we're going overboard with TM's. It's like every username these days is blue, and they don't even do anything to contribute to the board! And the TM i'm most annoyed with is SelenaandDemiFan.

Dont get me started on that one the day her blue becomes orange im going
The requirements are - If you know how to PM the one we call Admin, you are a TM
Its worrying because it means anyone can be a TM like Tony. All you have to do is move a topic into the TM forum to delete it, anyone could cause alot of crap for this site if they put there mind to it
