Are we now promoting 9 year old TM's/ Are you an administrator or a pedophile? Bad enough there was a Moderator at 10 years old on here at one point. This is why you have the problems you have on this site. You want yourself and this site respected? Then start earning some respect. Most if not all on here including Mods. Gm's, AE's and TM's look at you as a joke. If you could only see what's said about you thru Emails and other sites, you would grab ahold of your balls and slither into the night. 9 year old TM? How pathetic!

LOL no they dont. Most of the TMs are useless, and some of the Mods are too. A lot of the garbage TMs were cleared out recently, but they're just being replaced with like for like rubbish. Is it any wonder the site gets worse when you have teens and pre-teens running things?

Not only do we have 9 year old TMS but also ones with 9 posts, an average of 0.02 posts per day.

If they are doing a great job and being hepful on this site it doesnt matter how long they have been a TM

Sure it does. We have TMs who have posted fake successes and scammed people, and currently do nothing except post successes. How is this helpful or positive to the site in any way?

I have to agree a lot of new faces I'm seeing are becoming TMs within days or a few weeks of signing up There should maybe be a much stronger filtering of helpful and unhelpful TMs Because there's no point of being promoted, be on the site regularly for 2 weeks and then be inactive after that :neutral:

Hopefully I'm seen as one of the more useful TMs
