I sent a letter to the texas address mainly just blathering on about my appreciation for her talent and how long she's been part of my life and important milestones through her work over the years. I honestly didn't expect anything so I didn't check the turn-around time but I'd guesstimate within 2 months I received the same picture/autograph as others have posted. It's the pretty standard ones that agencies/management companies keep on hand for such purposes that are mass-printed but based on a genuine original autograph.
