Well I got my LOTR ring today so im happy about that and my jennifer autograph. I can tell its not authentic though. I sent to the address in the database.

it is very authentic because if you look at this autograph that this person got in person it looks exactly the same

When did you send your request?

I sent out Decmeber 15th! If your going to send out she usually replies withing 5/6 days but it was the holidays and i know for a fact she went on vacation with her boyfriend nicholas hoult! If you send out it will probably be even faster than this already fast success!

Congrats! I think they are authentic! They look like the HG VV ones.

I think these are stamps. The first one especially seems to have all the trademarks of a stamp.
