Cher lloyd RTS

I am sooo annoyed as I was expecting a success!!! :( I used the address in the database!!! I have seen other successes so I'm really disappointed!
My favourites I have received : Ella Henderson, Cher Lloyd, Vanessa Hudgens, Demi Lovato, Drew Seeley, Erin Cardillo, Matthew Lewis

What is the reason for the RTS?

Would you have a scan of the RTS envelope you received?

Yes I did use that address I think she didn't pick it up from the post office! :( I'll post a pic later! :D

u have to put 1RZ after WR14
