So I just realized I never posted my successes on here. I believe I sent this out in November of 2011 and got in back in 2012. I sent to Amanda Seyfried using the adress in the data base. I loved her in Mean Girls, Dear John, and Les Mis! I was very excited to get this! No envelope, sorry.
