After waiting exactly one year I finally got my Phil Simms package back.
On July 10 2012 that's right 2012 I send Mr. Simms am 8x10, LOR, and SASE
On July 10 2013 a received my 8x10 signed in black sharpie
Even though it took a year I'm happy with the success since he's my favorite giant of all time
