ricky steamboat failure

I sent out to ricky steamboat about a week ago and I live about 1 hour away from him but got a RTS from this address:

Ricky Steamboat
114 Bellelaine Dr
Mooresville, NC 28115
USA

I don't know why since a lot of success's have gone through :? but I guess he doesn't accept mail there anymore
make sure to visit my page @ logansautographs.weebly.com where I update all of my autographs every time I get a success!!

What is the reason for the RTS please?
