Emmerdale Natalie Anderson success or failure?

On August 25th 2014, sent actress natalie anderson a letter of request for an autograph along with a stamped address envelope and today got back a cast card of natalie with no dedication or signature. Don't know whether to regard this as a success or fail, opinions welcome on this.
