sandy Koufax autograph

I sent a picture of Sandy Koufax in Novemeber to be autographed for my husbands 60th birthday. It said on the website it would take 3 months, so i sent it early enough so that I would get it back in time for his 60th. I never recieved anything back. Feeling as if I was scammed. very upset. Any way I can find out what happened to the picture I purchased
