You should post a description of what an "autograph expert" means, I don't think trainee moderators should be allowed to vote though.

Auto Experts are level with Moderators in rank, and are chosen on the basis that they are resident in the country they will represent, e.g. Autograph Expert (India) etc. They have special "local" knowledge of collecting in their country/region, and must have made more than 250 posts.

Ian does a great job explaining what an A.E. does in that excerpt! Although I have to add that the country specific part of it is all but gone now. Generally A.E.'s are some of the most knowledgeable members with experience identifying PP's, Autopens, and possess knowledge on some celeb's signing habits.

TM's are allowed to vote because it's only fair that they have a say.

Isn't one of the perks of being a moderator, being able to vote in who gets ranked higher on this site? Moderator perks are lessening.

Ok...if you'd have read the voting procedure post, then you'd understand.

The whole point of making a poll in the trainee section is so that the trainees can have their say. Their vote isn't the most important as it's the Globals and the admins' vote that counts the most, but it let's us see a general idea of people's opinions.
