This is the same Shambler that wants to request autos for charity and keep them for themselves.

Whether famousactress12 is "weird" or not, Shambler was WAY out of line.

It is my understanding that Trainees cannot directly issue warnings. Certainly I have made that the case for any members I have personally promoted.

Perhaps Admin can clear this up once and for all?

I think this warning is NOT warranted. The member is obviously young, and needs some help and support - NOT A WARNING!

I am really wondering . . . . are we trying to put people off? Or get more members on the forum

I pmed her telling her she didnt deserve the warning and we'd try to get it removed but havent got a response yet

I dont think TMs should be able to lock/unlock threads either. Whats the point in a Moderator locking a thread when a TM comes along and unlocks it and posts on it?

I PM'd Shambler saying not to unlock a thread thats been locked, and he/she PM'd back and thinks I have a problem with him/her because of it!

Too many kids with too much power.

Has anyone PM'd Shambler telling him/her it was wrong to give the warning?

Should be de-TM'd, like several others really.

I find it incredibly annoying that I had to "prove myself" before even being allowed to be a TM, yet EVERY SINGLE OTHER TM got promoted as soon as they sent a PM, and seveal of them post plenty of rude, attitude filled posts whilst theyre a TM and theres no comeback. No consistency :neutral:
