I sent a request to Mr. Pierce Brosnan on Nov. 21 2016 with a SASE. My letter was returned to me on Dec. 2nd 2016. I used the OPBFC address in the database.
When I tried to upload the image of the returned envelope taken with my Nokia cel phone I received the following error message.
"The image file you tried to attach is invalid".
Please let me know how to upload this image.
