So I was just going through my Trainees and Moderators and I noticed a that Taebee16 hasn't been online for nearly a YEAR! I have sent her a PM.

But what is our general policy when someone hasn't been online for this long? Especially a Moderator? When do they lose their position as a Moderator?

I also have a Trainee (Danny) who doesn't even know about the whole new team system and he doesn't know he's on my team as he hasn't been online for ages either or have read my PM's. (other than that he could have been a very good moderator) When does he stop being a Trainee?

I just got rid of three myself. I pmd admin and asked for him to demote them.

I just read the post I made. I meant to write that the moderator hadnt been online for nearly a YEAR (not a month as written earlier ;))

PS. Also I am thinking about changing my username. How does that work? Will it still be with the same account and same post history? Or will it be an entirely new account?
