RULES -
1) PLEASE use the siggy for AT LEAST 5 days. It's not fair if I take time to make you a signature and then you don't use it.
2) I will not accept your request if you don't have the form completely filled out
3) Credit me please...I'm thinking about putting my name on the signatures so people know who made it.
4) Please don't use any samples from below without asking.
