Stage Manager of Dandy Dick failure!!

I sent a flyer, letter and SAE to the Stage Manager on: 31st August 2012, I asked if the cast could possibly sign the flyer, if possible, and today I recieved my flyer back unsigned, with my cardboard and letter sent back too. :cry:
