I think it's valid for another week or two? I think I saw someone say 13th December but I'm not 100% on that. I know they stop sometime in December though so I'd send one quick if I was you! Worth a try after all

Tom Hiddleston said in an interview that the filming will continue through December. The VV address is valid till December 31st so there's a few more weeks for sending letters. But hurry up, postal offices have a lot of work around Christmas!
