You might also want to check out this link How Via-Venue Works.

Put simply, the process of sending via venue is very similar to sending TTM (through the mail). You just have to time your request to arrive at a certain time (because it is a temporary address for the celebrity) and preferably send something for them to sign with a SASE/SAE & IRC's (because they may not have anything available with them to send out).

I think you should check the "How to send your request Via - Venue " thread, but you just simply write a letter, enclose a picture or 2 and an IRC (international reply coupon) or a SASE.
