I've often read over the pages like the ones mentioned here about what movies are filming in what state... My question is, when I go to that page and see a movie filming in, let's say New Mexico... When I click on it, it tells me details about who's in it and when production is starting, but how do I know where to send the letter to, there's no real set address listed.

You have to do research
For example, Google the name of the production company or the studio
I've even used Google Maps to help with an address
Most production companies don't publish their addresses because then.. well.. people send fanmail
You got to do your homework
