Hey everyone! I have a couple questions about sending via venue to a concert.

Is there anything specific I should write on the envelope like "Hold until (concert's date)" or something along those lines? And, how much time beforehand should I send a request out before the concert? I'd only be sending to musicians in the USA which is where I'm from.

Any help would be appreciated! I thought this would be the best place to ask the question.

Autograph collecting is a hobby of mine. It is not meant to be anything for profit nor beyond my enjoyment. I only send out to people I have deep respect for in their profession/field. I send out to the following but not limited to: professional/college athletes/coaches, actors/actresses from TV shows, artists/authors, voice actors/actresses, and any other random celebrity I love/respect. I try to respect everyone's privacy the best I can.

Feel free to private message me about anything. I'm always willing to help if I can. Just do not demand addresses/advice. Be chill about it and I'll definitely be of some help! Aggression and entitlement gets nothing.

Best advice I can give everyone about autograph collecting through the mail are the 3 P's:

BE POLITE!!!
BE POSITIVE!!!
BE PATIENT!!!

Can confirm that the Old Vic theatre in London passes on Fanmail - got a reply from John Boyega today :)

The Olympiastadium Berlin Germany doesn`t pass on mail anymore. I got my envelope back with a note on it that I should contact the promoter directly :(

So i have a question. If I send to a venue in the United Kingdom from Las Vegas, nevada. How soon should I send out my fanmail to th3 venue.
