I sent to her via venue, I forgot what venue sorry, but the address isn't valid anyways, she was only there for a concert. I sent five photos and a letter and received all of the pictures signed, BUT the top left corners of all photos are damaged. It looks like it has been spilled on. I'm happy on the success, but disappointed on the turnout. I'll try to post pictures when my scanner starts to cooperate.

+ The signature doesn't look like the ones I've seen on here, but I'm sure it isn't AP.

i sent one to her yesterday for her friday and saturday concert in chicago, illinois (pretty sure it's not going to get there on time-i live in nyc ) and i sent one to her today for her june 5th concert in reno, nevada.
do you think i sent it too early? and i used a regular sized envelope which i think i shouldn't have used-but i only sent her one of my small covergirl posters that i don't really care for. I didn't want to send her any gorgeous posters I have of hers in case she doesn't reply.

i'm a newbie at this autograph collecting thing so i don't really know anything about this site or autograph collecting :neutral:

Welcome to the boards. I just started about 4 months ago... and I have learned a lot about collecting autographs from being on this site. I looked at many different sites that offered addresses, but this one is THE MOST HELPFUL out of all of them... the admins are really nice on here, and they try to help you out if you have any questions.

I started in Feb. but I now have close to 20 autographs that I got from using addresses on this site. The best thing to do is to just take a look around and see who other people are sending to and see if it is anyone that you like... The best people to send to are the ones that have recent successes. So take a look at the "feedback" area and look through the names of people that are responding to their fanmail.

It doesn't take very long before you get an idea for how it all works. I didn't really know about any of it, and now I am pretty good at having a system down, and using this website to help me out.

There is also a "Via Venue" section inside the regular feedback section (which you found because that is where this post is right now), that tells you which successes people have gotten from movie sets and concerts... sometimes, (in my opinion) the best chance at getting a real autograph (one that is NOT autopen, or Pre-print) is to send to the Via Venue addresses. I got Selma Blair that way and also Will Ferrell by sending them to movies they were filming.

Aw, congrats! I lov Rihanna! She is a great singer. I sent her something for her concert on May 11th. Maybe I'll get something back soon? That would be awesome! Congrats on your success, & I cannot wait until we get to see the pictures!
