To be honest, it's best to address each actor individually next time, and if you wanted a playbill send your letter addressed to the Stage Manager, should you not get this one back in maybe 2 months.

I normally write to "The cast of..." for a show, but figured that the whole cast being the two of them that'd be better. I'll definitely write again through the stage manager if I don't hear back. Thanks!

Yeah I don't know how those two are, but apparently a few diva-esque celebs wont answer requests sent to two people / one letter deal..but you never know!! Good luck!
