I don't think that's a problem. I always write USA and never had a RTS.

I think that they couldn't have problems with 7 because it's written quite nicely and nobody could doubt it especially if addy was written in a very correct way.

Unfortunately, you've just managed to confuse a 1 for a 7 too, so it's possible the postal system did too lol. However, I still dont see why they wouldnt have been able to get it where it was supposed to go.

USA is a well known abbreviation, why bother writing the full name?
