This one is a total shocker!! I wrote to Julia Stiles on October 20th 2009 while she was appearing on Broadway in Olleana. Sent her a letter, SASE, and two DVD covers. Today I received both of them signed, one personalized, one not. They're not PPs, both signed in black marker, and seem to match the sigs I've seen on line.
No scanner sadly, so I don't think I can post the image.

FYI - A "PP" is a "preprint" which cannot be applied to a DVD cover. You mean that you dont think it's an "AP", which is done with a machine (on any surface) Hopefully it's not an AP, but we wouldnt be able to tell without seeing a scan.

Wow, how exciting that so many other people are getting replies from Ms. Stiles. The play had closed so long ago, without a single positive response posted here I didn't think I'd get mine back. Am very happy and grateful that she is finally getting to her fan mail. I hope everyone that hasn't heard back from her yet gets a reply soon!!!
osiris - you're right, I meant AP, not PP. Judging by the autographed photo posted in this thread, I'm pretty sure it's not an AP. Mine is a slightly messier signature, with a small smiley face drawn next to it.
