I just sent a letter to that address, writing the letter to the Publicity department. I explained I was a huge fan, and asked if they could get Nina, Paul and Ian to sign my 2 photos. My letter was as long as any fan letter, not just a few lines.

Hey, I plan on sending Nina a letter as well, but since they have finished filming for Season 1 and are taking a well earned rest of 8 weeks, im not sure whether i should send it now, or when its closer to when they start filming. I dont want to get a RTS just because their not there or get my letter lost. what should i do?

i would send it to the fanmail address. There has been successes from that address and she is really good with fanmail.

Mine was one of the successes from the toronto address,i received my pics back signed in february.
