I don't see why a sec would do that either... I think they are authentic in my opinion. That IHeartAutographs user posted an authentic in person autograph - I am assuming like the other successes that she posted and the autograph on that picture matches the one that we recieved. Yet people were still saying they were secs.

The signatures are so very close to his IP, IMO there is not much difference. But everyone has their own opinion..

Congrats! I'm no expert (far from it) but I'd say it's real.

I think all the others could be sec. But two things struck me about yours. First of all, I am not sure I have ever seen a sec do anything humerous like that. They usually sign the items and that's that. Secondly, the fact that this happened indicates your letter was read. Given that all the previous responses from him have not even been personalised, why on earth would a sec read the letters? Surely they would try and hasten the process as much as possible? Why only personalise this one?

The thing is, all of our autos from Samuel all look alike. So they are either all real or all secs lol. I plan to just send mine to get it authenticated. I am really curious. Because in my opinion they are not secs and indeed his auto.

I've been thinking the same things you have. I've gone through just about all the other TTM success from Samuel on this website, and alot of them were PP's (SFM or CM), and the few that were VV were not personalized. I asked him in the letter to personalize it to me though, maybe the others didnt? This website's ticking me off though, most of the Samuel l jackson success's it says "unable to find page" so I cant compare mine to other people claiming to have gotten an authentic one. Anyways, yeah I've never seen anyone (real or sec) even write anything back on the actual LOR. I've seen people get notes back, but on a seperate sheet of paper or note card. This success has given me one heck of a mystery lol

When you get the results back of the authentication, please let me know. I might consider sending mine in too, to see if we get the same results

Over the years I have met him in person twice at Hootie and the Blowfish's celebrity golf tournament. I have three autographs and they all look just like the ones you got by mail. Congrats on a very hard to get signature. When I got my picture with him he told me "You better not put that on your Facebook page tonight." He is always cracking wise. The note on your letter makes sense.
