Venues that do/don't pass on letters

On March 18th of 2010
I sent a Letter, CD booklet of the band MEGADETH and SASE to;

Minglewood Hall
1555 madison Ave.
Memphis TN 38104
USA

The band MEGADETH played toward the end of March.
On April 6th I received the booklet Autographed
by the whole band and a logo guitar pick.
Minglewood Hall needs to be on the list of Do

The Amphitheatre at Station Square, Pittsburgh, PA does NOT pas on fan mail:

Hey!

I was also wondering if Hershey Park's Star Pavillion would pass on fanmail, but I found that they don't pass on fanmail

So maybe you can add this to the list?

Does anyone know if it is common to send fanmail to fairs?

There is an event at the MGM Grand Garden Arena but i dont know which venue to write on the envelope.
