I'm pretty sure that some of these people have been mentioned in here. All you need to do is look. As for how long it takes, it can take days after a concert, or sometimes they wait until after their tour is over to mail things back.

send a LOR, something to be signed (they typically don't have their own items to send when they are touring), and a SASE to:

The Frays
c/o "The Venue"
"Venue address"
and add "please hold until (date of their appearance)" on the outside of the envelope
