I would say the Hobbit address is not valid any longer as the film is in theaters right now.

They filmed all 3 of the Hobbit movies at once, so they are done. But you can always try for Cate on another film!

Are you sure? I think the third Hobbit movie will be filmed next year. I know imdb says it's in post-production, but I got a autograph success from John Callen, who plays Oin, and he also sent a typed letter. He said that they will do more filming next year.
