Kylie Minogue success and Failure

Sorry for the delay, I've been on holiday.
I sent a collage, letter and SAE to Kylie on: 7th July 2008, and I recieved my collage back unsigned
along with a signed photo, I recieved it somewhere between the 12th-18th July 2008, as their was no postmark on the envelope, also the stamp, wasn't used, so I can reuse it.
