I cant believe how quick he is and never thought this 2nd time it would only take 2 days again. All I can say is thank you David - You rule and are so great to your fans. I will treasure these forever.

On Monday 28th July: sent 2 photos, SASE and letter using:

No, I never go that one and have given up on it really. Also I am much happier with these because at least I know the dedications are authentic and not secretarial. I thought about writing again this time with a 10x8 again but probably wont because I dont want to appear greedy or push it.

^ see that worries me, personally. It's one thing to want to share a success with you all, but having seen these come back I'm scared he's gonna get inundated at the venue and stop replying! The poor boy's busy enough I doubt he would, as he's such a sweetheart, but still.

I totally agree here, im waiting for a couple of days before telling my friend about these success's I know the first thing she'll do is go on the DR who sites and pass on the addy even though its good, he's going to be swamped.

Best to keep it to yourself. If somebody really wants to get him they will work it for themselves - dont give people the addy - I had to do my own research to find it in the first place - its not rocket science.

Hopefully as he is very kind to his fans he will do his best to reply to everybody. The play goes on for a few months and although im sure he has some other comitments besides the play im sure he also has plenty of time to do fanmail too. Judging by my successes that have just taken 2 days he must pick up mail in the morning or early afternoon and then send it off each day so hopefully he will keep on top of what he gets each day.

Before now I never wanted to even bother with Venue but when I recieve this (if I do) I will just cry. If it comes Im hoping to wait a couple of weeks and send another for my little girl she just loves david (shes 3) whens hes on the tv doctor or not she goes nuts shouting Doctor Woooooooooooooo!
