i also thinked of that..but look at the autograph.the pen does seem to run out of ink but the personalation has a pen with full ink...but also look at the "T" from the personation and also in the autograph..they look kinda similar

I believe Catherine has a pile of pre-signed autographs and she then she adds the To whoever . The o in To tells us Catherine has wrote it, she signs top of the T to bottom of the o and then loops over to look like a p.
