send: march 21st, letter SASE and picture to the set of "Taking of Pelham 123" (no longer valid)
received: october 21st, a different picture signed (stamped??)
At least I got something back
Does anyone know if he sometimes signes authenically?

That's a stamped signature. Denzel is known to send stamps.
The only way to get authentic from him is to meet him in person.
Congratulations on your success though - at least you got something back.

Wow! Seven months to get a reply from a venue! That has to be some sort of record or something. I sent to him at that venue too. I had written it off a long time ago. I'll probably get a stamp back too. I had heard that he doesn't sign, but I thought I would try anyway. Well . . . I guess he doesn't. Oh well.

Congrats to your success although it's probably stamp!!! The pic is amazing and finally we're always lucky to get something back, although it's stamp, autopen or even preprint!
