WOW! I never thought this one was coming back. I wrote to Phyllis Smith on July 2, 2013 when she was performing "Nunsense" in St. Louis, her hometown. Within a few months, the play had long since ended and I assumed that would not be coming back to me.
On May 12, 2017, I got an envelope in my mail that looked older, stamps I had not used in a long time. Much to my surprise, there was the photo I'd sent off to Phyllis, with a really kind note written on it!
This became my longest wait for a success, at 1410 days, or 3 years, 10 months and 10 days! Just goes to show you that you can never count it out unless you get a "Return to Sender."
She is my 7th success from "The Office," 16th Pixar voice, and 12th from "The Middle."
I saved the date I sent it but not the address, I couldn't tell you where the play was taking place!
