Hi I sent a letter of request including an SASE, index card and a flyer from 'The Sound of Music' to Simon MacCorkindale who used to play 'Harry Harper' on BBC 1's 'Casualty.' I wrote via The London Palladium theatre where he is now playing 'Captain von Trapp' in the West End production of the show. Today I received back my flyer signed and dedicated and my index card, also personalized to my name! He also wrote 'Thank you for your lovely letter SM' on the envelope! I am so pleased with this success!

Wow that's such a great success!! I am definitely writing to him! I watched him in Casualty for years but he'd left by the time I got back into autograph collecting so I never got a chance to write to him.

Well done! I saw Sound of Music on Saturday afternoon. Summer and Simon were brilliant.
