I sent a letter, SASE and leaflet to Lee via the Adelphi theatre address:

Address no longer valid for Lee.

Received: 7th March 2009
He signed my leaflet ...
and enclosed the usual pre-print...

Wow, 3 times? Lucky you. I caught the show in December 2008, and it was really great! Got him at the main entrance of the theatre afterwards too!
