It's not valid as the Dancing on Ice tour performed at the Sheffield Arena for 1 night only. And I do not think there is another address, as the Tour is now over, so you can't write to her via venue anymore. Sorry.

Yes, if you write to someone at a venue whilst they're on tour you do have a chance of receiving a reply. Firstly you need to check whether the venue (could be a theatre, a stadium, an arena...) passes on fan mail. There's a long list of venues that do/don't pass on fanmail on the link. If they do then try it! Sometimes you can get some really great replies from otherwise rare signers VV.
