Bob Dylan failure

sent to Bob at Sheffield Arena for a gig on 25th April, and received a note from the arena yesterday (29th April)
The note says: "Please find enclosed the photograph you posted to the venue for Bob Dylan to sign... unfortunately, he didn't have enough time to sign any items, so we thought you might want the photograph back"
Not going to post pictures.
