Sometimes actors performing in a limited engagement (such as this one -- a show that already has a closing announced from it's Opening night and before) wait until the end of their run when they usually have some free time to respond.

Also: Just announced that while this will close in early JULY, it will now be returning this SEPTEMBER, with the cast intact!

I know - I haven't gotten mine back either. He may well be waiting until the run is over. A lot of actors do that too. John Lithgow did when he was in All My Sons
