Sent a LOR, and SASE to (as listed on the playbill.com website):
The Circle in the Square Theatre
235 W. 50th Street
New York, NY 10019
I received an RTS from this address. After checking the theatre website, the correct address appears to be:
The Circle in the Square Theatre
1633 Broadway
New York, NY 10019
I've already emailed playbill.com to let them know. I'll re-send to the new address shortly.
No scan for RTS.

Are you sure you didnt get it for postage or something???
Circle in the Square is complicated ... it is ... actually a circle stage/auditorium within the same huge complex as the Gershwin Theatre (where Wicked is currently playing - the largest venue on Broadway).
Often times, Playbill.com posts the BOX OFFICE address (which is why most people look up the addresses in the first place...), so they probably won't change it. The stagedoor address must be off of Broadway I suppose, which is where fanmail is to be sent! Generally speaking though, the box office is .. adjacent/same address as the stage door address.
Good luck!

No, I just sent a normal sized envelope.
It says "Insufficient Address - Unable to Forward"
So I'm not really sure where to send now. Maybe I should e-mail the theatre itself and see what they say?

Did you check the address on this forum, under "Add/Request Via Venue Address"?
I'll look into it btw...
Re: "The Norman Conquests" RTS
Ah, I guess you can't. I thought I saw a contact form on the site, but it was just for general NYC theatre tickets.
The Norman Conquests is not listed in the Broadway Productions "Add/Request" list.
And thanks for any help!!

Re: "The Norman Conquests" RTS
The problem has been resolved. A kind person at playbill.com contacted the theatre's general manager and they said that 235 W. 50th Street is a loading dock address for truck deliveries, and no mail will get through from there. The correct address for sending to the cast is 1633 Broadway. The address has been changed to reflect this on playbill.com.
I will resend my request soon. If anyone else tried the 235 address, expect an RTS and resend to 1633 Broadway.
Good luck!
