Aretha Franklin VV Secretarial :(

Sent LOR, 4x6 picture, and SASE on October 10 for her show at Citi Performing Arts in Boston on October 17. Today, October 29, I received my picture back signed and personalized, along with this 8x10 with the same signature. They did not use my SASE.
The autograph is not hers, and it is really disappointing. Does anybody have any info about this?
