Sent letter, SASE, and CD cover on September 30 to the Orpheum in Los Angeles, California, for his shows on October 4 and 5. Received my CD cover back October 13, signed and personalized.

I didn't think this one had a chance, so it was a big surprise.

Wow, that's awesome!!! I love Radiohead and Thom Yorke, but I would have guessed that they are not the type of band that would sign. Very cool to see that Thom signed the CD cover for you!!!
