Bebe Neuwirth success via venue

Tried 2 previous times to send thru agency but failed. 3rd attempt is right in my backyard, she is playing Morticia in the Addams Family broadway show in Chicago.
On 11/5/2009, sent one magazine and one photo with SASE to:

Received my mag and photo both signed. Sweet!

The address is valid untiljanuary 10th but in march it will open on broadway

Does anyone know of the address you'd please recommend mailing to have her sign a photo, at her Broadway venue in New York? Based on success, it has a chance. What do you think?
I should've sent it to her while she was in Chicago. Big fan- would like to get her autograph.

I sent to the Broadway address about opening week in NYC for the play and haven't received anything yet
I will update you if that changes
