That's a shame.....he is on my "most wanted" list, but it looks like the only way I will ever be able to get anything from him is to pay big bucks (which, ironically, is what he is trying to put an end to buy refusing to sign TTM). Oh well, good luck if you keep trying!!!

Sorry for your failure. He is a notorious non-signer through the mail. I've tried before too without success.
