Snow White ( Venue Cymru) failure but great success

I sent a letter and SAE to Venue Cymru on: 25th January 2010, asking for a Snow White programme, yesterday they wrote back saying ' all the programmes were long gone' but they sent me a poster from the panto, and a panto T-Shirt instead.
