I sent a letter, SASE and a picture to the "Hanna" set address. (Don't know if it's still valid)
I'm just thrilled and very happy at the moment

I missed this VV of her and now when I want to send her a letter I can't get any IRC. The post office currently ran out of them

I didn't enclosed an IRC and i don't have any German stamps. I only put an envelope with my address. If return postage is a must. I might failed this VV request. Finger Crossed!

Well, I've got the same problem with the stamps when I want to send to the USA.
It's a shame, but I always put 1 dollar in the envelope and maybe you can insert 2 € or something like that, the chances will be much higher like that.
