Great job! I sent to them when they were @ the Cotillion and still nothing back -- but it gives me hope to try again !

I'm not sure every venue that's listed as passing on mail does so. I've sent to the St Pete Times Forum 3x times to people known to respond via venue and have not had a response yet. I am doing all my bands via venue and am tracking where I do and don't get responses from. So far:
April 22nd:
