We wrote him 2 times before and we got 1 pic personalized and the another one only signed, so we decided to write him again.
We sent him a letter + pic + SASE and he sent us the pic back signed and personalized ;)

This is an awesome success. I've just seen the address on startiger and it's in Canada.
I'm so sad because I haven't got any Canadian stamps to put on my SASE. It's not worth trying as he won't sign.

i was thinking of sending him via agency but not sure if they are authentic
